On Anthropos, one of the countries is Raksha, which... basically is ruled by tribes of each of the Eeveelutions. Recently, more equality between species has been on the move, but there is still a lot of prejudices and tension due to unequal treatment.

Asteria has, at the age of 25, managed to claim the throne of the High-Oracle of the Umbreon Tribe, the youngest anyone has ever gotten it... and the first female to be in that position.
