Finally decided to use a character I made a while back. I decided to name him ‘Dustin‘ or ‘Dusty’ for short, and by the looks of it he is fitting in right away.

I'm very glad you decided to keep the character and develop him further, he's a real cutie and definitely among my favorites along with Nex and Slade. He even looks somewhat shy, soft and fragile, I want to snuggle up to him and comfort him. : D He doesn't look like he can take having his soles nuzzled and kissed without laughing, let alone tickled like that.
As for Slade, I'm afraid it's too late for him to claim he's more of a tickler, it's kinda hardly compatible with him being a bondage lover and a tease, lol.

Yeah, he does have that vulnerable and shy outlook that makes for a perfect ‘lee. Also he’s got the most sensitive paws by a large margin.
As for Slade, I guess He does bring it upon himself, probably why he gets a little viscous when he’s not on the receiving end xD
