Another Song i composed today =)
And finally an example for how your Chartheme with lyrics could sound ;)
so Dont hesitate and get the first Charactertheme with Lyrics ;)
I'm sorry for the hissing, but my mic decided to prank me today ;)
I won't do it again, promised! ^^
Standing here for what seems an eternety
nothing left to say between the two of us
we broke up a day ago now youre standing here
you say 'babe ill pack my things' and you go..
You take another hand of another Man
And i start to wonder
was it you or was it me
Can't keep those tears from falling
Does it mean so less to you
and i see, it was you
high above take a look at you through scattered glass
turn around look through the window, seeing you
Not adult enough for me, that was what you said
Now i see you're not adult enough for love
You get another kiss from another man
And it makes me wonder
was it you or was it me
Can't keep those tears from falling
Does it mean so less to you
and i see, it was you
you share another bed with another man
and i stop to wonder
it wasn't me
I still can't hate you after all these years
you will see
it was you,
It was you, not me

Well, the mic doesn't seem to hate you this much today, it actually caught your voice very good.
The piano line was very good, smooth simple and clean, your voice fits in the perfects.
The second voice line, though not cleary understandable/recognizable underlines the main voice fittingly.
Background and foreground audio play together very well. and all in all, it's great work again.
Keep doing. Keep going. Don't let down.

*smiels* Well basically you can get a Charactertheme nearly everywhere where you can find a musician.
But i offer a charactertheme with selfwritten lyrics that are sang.. well.. you get a whole song with voice and all, fitting to your character =)
Thought i could try that idea 'cause it's new ^^

Your voice is incredible, as is your performance on the piano - I don't listen to nearly enough music from other users here, but since I last heard from you you've really got into professional territory! And you say that this was done in one day?
I really love the choir sound in the section around 3:30.

I'd say i'm pretty much with davidn on that one. I'd even go as far as to say you are better than some of the pros that i've heard. I mean even 'Flight Of The Dragon' could put Final Fantasy composer Nobuo Uematsu to shame, and this song, I could just hear this on the radio right now. Amazing voice, amazing music :-D All I can say is, hurry up and make some more
*sits there with maw wide open*
i.. w...h..i..
i.. woah.. thank you..
It's unbelievable to me that flight of the dragon could be that good.. i mean.. foxamoore is the instrumental-pro here on FA not me iam just a little light.. but that got me more confident.. ill do more.. thank you..

I feel the this song all the way down to my very core. I was in that exact place about a month ago, watching this song go down first person. Wasn't fun.
Anyway, enough emo ranting from me.
This song is absolutely beautiful, in every sense of the word! The piano melody is very pretty, the vocals sound absolutely wonderful, and the harmonies were spot on, and the lyrics were very heartfelt and well-written.
My only question is...Are you using a pop filter when recording vocals? There's a spot or two with a little bit of air distortion, and if you're not using a pop filter, that would really help =D. But really, it's only once or twice in the whole song where it happens.
Wonderful job. This goes in my favorites, and you go in my watch list.

For the english readers:
Reminds me of the old days, somehow *gives a broad hint* and so...
The lyrics are beautiful, maybe a little simple bur thats ok. Popmusic can be simple and still work out fine - most of all I really like the piano.

Though it'd be much easier to reply in German, I'll try to stick to English once more.
First of all I realised that sad parts do fit your voice very well - or viceversa. That does not mean that you cannot or shall not sing happy songs as well, it's just as if it was easier for your voice to carry your heart into those lines you're singing, when it is a sad piece.
I like how easily you make up another song, how you play and sing it as if you've worked on it for weeks and months and now you said it was done in a day. Amazing, that is. And it shows me well, that I'm by no means a singer. Because I know how many weeks we had to work on songs in our choir and that I've never learned all those tiny things in varying the way you sing - like you did in the third stanza. And I have to agree, compared to what I've heard in years, you're on your way to become a professional musician with the talent only a few do have.
I'm so sorry that I won't be able to afford a personal theme soon and that is why I cancelled everything. But ... one day...! ;)
And on the last note - yes. Breaking up is hard to do. I have been there too often. I wish I could have stayed away from love for all my life. Touching song. Well performed.

This is not just a story that I know. It is one that I have lived.
When I last left these shores I told someone very dear something that... perhaps I shouldn't have. I told her that this was my job, that this was who I was. I could not change that. If she really couldn't love a sailor, then she'd best do herself a favor and forget about me. We'd never make it work.
I returned to find that she had taken me at my word. She found someone new, and they were happy together. She got what she needed, someone would always be there. It seems that I neglected to protect myself from the consequences of my decision. I chose career, success, duty; things I thought would make me happy, over someone that I knew would. I leave again this month, this time for the rest of the year. This time... I leave no one behind. It is both a comfort and a subtle twist of the knife that I still sometimes feel there...

I know, its a little bit older, 4 years ago you've written this, but i swear, I'm sitting here with tears in my eyes. Not only thats a very nice melody and that you have a beautiful voice, but the songtext nearly ripped my soul into half.
thanks, just thanks for this song...
