First of all, characters

Krono (as a scientist hobby) wanted to try out one of her new experiments on someone.. A bottle that could make people's water fluids into fresh milk.. And who'd be the perfect test subject?...Wilhelm!
Since his body produces edible water (And leaks by the tail tip) , she tested it out on him and asked him to self-expand himself with water in the process to make a mass production of milk.. Seems the results were satisfactory, but Krono had to test it out herself by grabbing his tail and sucking the milk outta him.. Nonstop...Making her body bloat into an enormous and widely pearshape (feet covered partially), also with a mobile bigger upper half , not letting go of Wilhelm's tail from her muzzle at all!... Poor guy trying to get out from that experiment ^^;;

Inflating Body Gag: Happens to Bob when he and Pamela were trapped in a tank by Brewmeister Smith. Bob simply drinks all the beer being poured in the tank (off-screen, though) and he swells to about 10 to 20 times his size, saving them both, but he needs to pee badly afterwards.
