Here he is in full, the mischievous mew himself~ The one shiny mew who is all too happy to make a toy out of anyone he might meet, particularly if he finds the chance to figure out a few things that might get them quite flustered. Having his own little pocket dimension only makes pressing said buttons easier for the mew, given that in said dimension, he has all the power he needs to create just about any sort of flustering scenario to have fun with his toy of choice. So, if you ever hear a high pitched giggle out of the blue, do watch out...for this little psychic type may just have found himself a new toy to tease~

A ref I got awhile ago from  whimsinix which I was incredibly glad to get, given I've been wanting to get Veran a proper ref for quite awhile. Also features a few details on him being redesigned, such as the ring on his back and the increased amount of fluff, which I'm quite happy to see. Definitely would recommend her work, given she does excellent stuff with an excellent style.
