This would make a pretty good homebrew weapon.
So- The Sword of Vulpa
+2 Sword
Spells:
Take one bonus action to embue with fire damage, adds +1 fire damage to hits..
Can cast fireball once a day.
Stat boosts:
+1 Strength
+1 Charisma
-Change race to fox (if you haven't already got that race)
-Change sex to female (if you're female, eh)
Whilst wearing, you get armour
AC 16 (Medium Armour)
+1 bonus to spellcasting modifier
You also get a +1 in seduction (though you can leave this out)
Otherwise, this is very good.
