This was Meli's Halloween costume. Apparently she enjoyed it well enough on Halloween, but if you put it on her now she enters the "Are you seriously going to leave this on me? I don't know what to do!" stance where she stands in the exact same pose as she was in when you put it on her and stays there until you take it off.
