But usually it's because deep down you left things unsaid. I think you should message them and let it out otherwise it will just eat you from inside

From the moment I started watching you here on FA i've picked up on the pieces of the story here and I do have to say, letting go of someone you have been so close to and have such feelings for is never an easy thing. Most advice I could give I am sure you've heard over and over. Instead just remember to take care of you. No person, no matter how much you love them, should be more important than yourself. Of course this doesn't mean you shouldn't care, but in time it'll get easier.
