Here is the first evildoer for my comic Polis Prima who actually has a logical motivation for being so. The origin of the idea is more than obvious, but as there are already half a million "Dr Plague"s and a few thousands of "Dr Peste"s (Spanish for plague) I decided to recycle the name of one of my old characters, Dr Leonado.
