This was going to be just a little character concept in a bigger list, but it came out so nicely I decided to make it a full picture. I'll bring the rest of characters later on.

Leocadia Shfooflupuff is Dr Javi's assistant in his experiments. Despite her low IQ and questionable sanity, she's a more than able helper - and a good test subject. She is an innocent mind and loves chocomint ice-cream with a passion.
