Back to Sunday panels featuring Barnstable, this the start of a sequence in which he decides to start his own comic strip. I'm surprised once again how much fun Barnstable is to draw, and I don't think it's just because he's a different body type from the beanpole standard. I feel a little better about how his pants are looking. I drew his checkerboard hat freehand, without guide lines, and I think it shows.
