Fwaaaaa! I'm finally finished! Y;A;Y Anyway this is Cerise (Seh-reese) shes a papillion doggy. I just HAD to make a papillion chara cuz they're just too cuuuuute. ;A; <3 Its about time I made a pink chara too.
Cerise is 5'3 (159cm) Shes a dancer and is mostly seen frilly lingerie. She has a calm and docile nature and tries to make peace with everyone she knows. She also has a habit of saying "fru-fru" when she sees something pretty so her friends often call her "Fru-Fru" as a nickname.

I've always told you how I think your art is amazing and that you shouldn't be so harsh on yourself. This is exactly why. Your art is soft, colorful, unique, cute, and sexy all at the same time. Eye candy, I say.
My favorite parts, I'd have to say, are the torso and legs. You have this way of drawing them that really catches my eye. <3 AND I NEVER WANT TO LOOK AWAY. +A+
Your use of color 'n whatnot makes this picture stunning. The shininess of the character's body and hair is also cool. The background colors work well to make the character stand out.

You've made exceptional progress since your early oekaki days, and even then I found your works to be stunning. Among the usual bright and shiny coloring, and the realistic folds in the clothing, I find the transparent look of the lingerie to be an excellent touch. If I had to ask for one improvement, it would be to increase the length of the fingers, or perhaps shade the area of the fingers in a way where I can get a better idea as to how they're bending.
