My head canon is he's trying to impress his mate by being all "look at what I can do!" only for her to just kinda, stare at him waiting for him to realize the flaw in his plan c':
Also, should be pretty obvious, but just in case, this also serves as a bit of a sneak peak for his design! It's still largely the same, but it's been tweaked and refreshed a bit, his new ref is getting worked on atm. I considered uploading the temporary ref, but decided it against it. Might also end up changing his name, not sure though, I'm pretty attached to his current one <:
