We know how the boys react to being randomly turned into yinglets already, but what about simply meeting the little critters?
So here we have the boys somehow visiting a faraway yinglet enclave and trying on some yingish fashions.
Tolenn tries to see how well they can learn to read, but it seems his pupil is distracted by less-than-academic thoughts.
Shiro just cannot get over how adorable they are, despite his new little friend trying his hardest to impress the so so pretty lady(?) with the biggest tailpoof he's ever seen.
And "matriarch" Cyrcas is offering some pretty clothes to a very flattered little guy.

My dang arts keep getting more and more elaborate and requiring more and more work but dang if it isn't worth it. Still, what a long time this took.
I actually surprised myself with that little cheetah yinglet, in that his appearance was entirely unplanned and improvised from the start, but at the point where I decided to give him spots I was struck with the sudden realization that I'd given him the look of a cheetah and quickly adjusted said spots to more closely resemble those of the big cats. He's adorable and while I've only known him for a few days, if anything happened to him I'd kill everyone in the room and then myself.
If y'all still aren't aware that yinglets are the creation of
Valsalia I don't know how to help you.

Everyone at once? Wow those are some big arms you've got!
Fun fact: the cheetahlet owes his appearance about 90% to random chance and 10% to Nurln. I didn't plan their looks in advance and just improvised on the spot whenever it became necessary, and worked this whole image from left to right because that's how my brain works I guess. During the sketching phase, when I got to him I decided "okay we already have two seeker-looking lil'bastards, let's get some preener representation in here" so I gave him a short snout and tiny round ears.
And then when I got to the colors I was like "okay so we already have a blue ying, a brown one, and the boys are covering green, orange and black. What can I do to maintain some variety here" and after hesitating a bit between red tones or yellow, I went yellow.
After deciding to leave the leftmost ying with plain basic fur and giving the middle guy a fancy stripe job, I had a big think about what to do with the last one, and eventually decided "ooh, let's go with spots like Nurln! That sounds fun!" But then as I was adding said spots I looked at the guy and realized how much he looked like a cheetah, so I immediately erased them to re-do them in an even more cheetah-looking way.
And yes I love him too, he's by far my cutest ying design so far.
