Originally, I was going to put this one up as an adopt, but I just can't :'> They're so gorgeous and I've somehow gotten attached to this dragon because this is by far most likely my best design. Idk, I must've gotten too all out on this one to the point I accidentally put a part of myself in it :'>
So for now, they be mine >:'>.
Onwards to how I came up with the designs.
I always thought of blue as a powerful yet subtle color. It's just so captivating to me. Then since I was doing an Asian Lung (Chinese dragon), I decided to get my designs inspired by some Chinese patterns and blue shades.
I also wanted to give them a kinda Tron/neon contrasting(?) look too. So it kind of reminded me of the movie, Tron, and apparantly, the tesseract. I was also kinda inspired bythe color palettes from the scenes in Kung Fu Panda too, so yeah.
And that's pretty much it :>
