Commissioner's references and details
➡️ When commissioning me, pls give me references and as much detail with what you want to draw. But don't take things too far with just sending anything explicit without asking if I want to see it.

Deadlines
➡️ I do deadlines, but I decide when to set them. I am free to move the dates whenever I want to as well. I have limited time whenever I access our Ipad, so I can't just finish the commission in one day. My art style and progress also takes time for the quality of the art so do pls understand if I have to extend the deadlines. I'll keep you updated on the progress too, so no worries.
➡️ If you do want a deadline, it will cost extra depending on when you want me to submit it.

Commission slots
➡️ I'll only be able to do 3 commissions at a time. Once I'm finished with those 3, I can take in the next 3. The next waiting 3 are considered to be reserved or on wait. They are free to withdraw from commissioning me, but do inform me.

Payment
➡️ Once I have sent you the initial sketch, I'll ask for the half the payment of the commission. Once I finish your commission, I will ask you to pay the rest of the price.
I will be doing this to ensure that security for both sides and so that no scams will be made. However if you are unable to pay the full price yet, you may pay half the price, but I will expect you to give the rest of the payment once I finish the commission.
➡️ For Amino commissions, when putting in your payment, just find a recent post or wiki I made and give the payment via the "Give Props" section.
For Paypal or cash payments, contact me regarding the payment details and process.
➡️ Don't give props or any form of cash to force me to do you a commission or until I say I'm finished with your commission. But if you want to give props or tips cuz' it's just your vibe, then there's no harm in that lol.

Copyright and Ownership
➡️ If the art in question is your commissioned art/fanart/oc, then it is yours to have and share, but PLEASE CREDIT ME PROPERLY and DON'T TRY TO REMOVE MY WATERMARK, nor claim it to be yours.
Mention my name, Draphene Sprok, or my Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/draphene_sprok_trash ; ask me if you have to.
➡️ If the art in question is an adopt I made and sold to you, it's all yours, just again, make sure to properly credit the specific art I made or gave you.
➡️ If the art in question is uncommissioned fanart or orginal art I voluntary made, you may share it BUT ONLY WITH MY PERMISSION AND/OR PROPER CREDITATION. If I see my art anywhere that's uncredited, I will request you to take it down, if not report you.
➡️ If the commissioned art or adopt in question is yours, I still have the right and ownership as the artist of the art piece I created, so I will also be likely to post it or use it as promotional material.
➡️ Whatever I made for you is not a base. You shall not trace nor heavily reference my art, unless I state that it is a free to use base.

Clear copies of your commission
➡️ When giving you the finished commission, I'll give you a google drive link for you to access the art so you can download it in a better quality.
