The chunky lion is making SOME progress at least. Not much more I can teach him about form. His stamina is AWFUL though. It's REALLY unsatisfying cutting my runs short like that.

I told him to give it a go solo, and that we'll touch bases in a couple months.

Who knows, he may end up losing a few more pounds and get to a bearable average distance~!

It would be nice to have a running partner rather than a running student.

Apparently I still tire way too easily... Up to a full 2 miles though!! Tiger said he's taught me all he can about form, so he said I should try this out solo for a while now... Check in in a couple months...

While I'm sad to lose my running buddy, I totally understand where he's coming from! I know he hasn't been able to get in his usual 10 mile runs with me here. (And if anything, I'm even more determined to increase my stamina!! I want my running buddy back!!)

Really though, he probably could have just... Gone for another run after their session? I hope that month of shorter runs doesn't hurt the tiger TOO much...
