Inspired by a couple of pieces I did recently with water effects, I finally finished this piece with Shiloh, my mermaid OC! I had a lot of fun playing around with these brushes and effect layers to give it a nice underwater vibe. I might add this to my RedBubble as well.
His tail is based on Mertailor's Royal Betta Full Fantasea "Too Tail" fins. My friend kind of got me hooked on the mermaid idea again, the new Sims 4 gamepack I got also didn't help there.
