Behold, a new character concept. Rooty here is a toony kangaroo who loves nothing more than to stuff his pouch full. He was the star of a classic animated short, where he chased furs and stuff, all to fill up his pouch. As a good toon roo should~
At some point, the reel containing his short was lost somewhere. Through some magical means, however, Rooty was able to escape the celluloid and become physical. Packed with all sorts of toony physics and a pouch that needs stuffing, Rooty is back to his pouch-stuffing antics~ This time, however, 'everyone' can be his target~
