Is the link to Admiral Kline's Speech working for others? Because while I can see the file in the directory of the webserver (http://www.furry.org.au/chakat/Stories/), it doesn't load.
Tested it just now in firefox and chrome, no issues in loading it from:

Timeline wise Neal's already at the colonies as an about to pop out cubs chakitty (or already popped as I haven't set the date.)
And his 'twin' doesn't know Boyce, so a non-event if they do meet at some point.
