Yup. He's one of my fave characters, and he sings Opera so amazingly.
Also, his italian voice is amazing and fits him very well. I've heard it in english and italian. The english one make him talk like he's singing and I love it, but you should see the italian version. He's from Venezia, after all. Lol.

Irony, he is dubbed (in italian) by the same dubber of Spandam from One Piece. That man can have a deep voice when he wants, lol, and they both wear masks! XD
