The third in my illumination series: Dragon!
I actually ended up re-doing this one - the original turned out that the inking was too thick and blotchy...Nearly had my light table fall on my toes when I accidently dropped it! O.O But the end result in this "do-over" turned out very nice :)
The last one in the series, Phoenix, is next :)
6x4" bristol board, Higgins Black Magic ink, 23.75k genuine gold leaf, gouache.

*nods* I haven't been able to scan them with the gold leaf coming out so nice...I've been just taking pictures of it with the camera in my phone - if I were to scan it, the gold would actually come out looking like a black blob O.o
