Deli has been blessed with a silly little power: The power of cartoon physics.

When he was around 8, he ran off a cliff chasing a butterfly, it was a 2000ft drop. When he hit the bottom however, he magically just compressed into a thin sheet of paper! A few seconds afterwards, he decompressed back into his original form. He wondered how far he could push his newfound power.

Deli also has access to creating black holes in the ground, calls them Tele-Holes. When enough mana energy is exerted, one of these will appear wherever he pleases. Deli must concentrate 100% on his destination, and if he even loses focus for a split second, once he enters his hole, he would be locked into an infinite void of black and white...Once here..it is usually hard to escape back to reality..

Everyday since then, he had been attempting to summon cartoon props, ranging from a simple anvil to a piano from the sky. He eventually managed to pull out various weapons, such as hammers, chainsaws, and even a Tommy Gun a few times.

There are however, drawbacks to these unique powers of his..at very rare times, using his powers activates a mysterious bubble he called the "Toon Zone", which can only cause disaster and chaos..where all kinds of cartoony things happen..such as a man or woman in love, either of thier hearts can spring out of their chests...or for a cake with birthday candles to explode once the candles are blown out. Thus is the stupid Toon Zone :3
