it took a while to come up with an idea for this one
This is one of the few Dragon Lords of Universe 9 although he is a black dragon he is not a darkness dragon in fact he is an Aethier Dragon a 40ft dragon of pure energy and is a great force of good and a very humble Dragon even among Dragon Lords and he doesn't mind being called "Black" to keep it simple
His human form is tall handsome man with long black hair, blue eyes, and a goatee that resembles his chin horns

Oh he is and among the 5 Dragon Lords he is second to both Bahamut & Tiamat but hes very humble compared to most Dragons oh and I hate to spoil you but Tiamat gave the title Dragon Lord to Akio for Universe 9 so even though he's from another universe Akio is a Dragon Lord to both his world and universe 9 which is a big honor
