Powers & Abilities:
The Eelectrifyer has the ability to produce electricity from his hands with the use of an electric tank attached to his back. He can shoot electrical currents ranging from tiny bolts to big blasts, and can even control the intensity of his charges depending on his preference. He also has good knowledge of advanced weaponry, and can even create electricity-based weapons that would help DOOM destroy TUFF once and for all.

Bio:
Once an ordinary eel, Earl Fangsley was born without a special type of body part that electric eels use for defense and attack. Because of this, he was made fun of endlessly, and was extremely desperate to find answers as to why he was born this way. He searched for answers from Petropolis, to Miami, his old home, but always came up short. Desperate, he moved to Petropolis, and began a career in crime. Ernie started out as a small-timer, but eventually, his crimes caught the attention of General Guar, who had big plans for him.
Guar interviewed Earl, and discovered that he wasn't born with the electricity that most electric eels were known for. After thinking it over, he soon got the idea of using electric tanks that contains electrical energy of untold power, and once he gave them to Earl, he could control them extremely well, creating destructive bolts of electricity in no time flat. In fact, because of his limitless electricity, Guar decided to give Earl the codename "Eelectrifyer," and brought him on board to DOOM as his new weapons expert.
When Cassidy Catz and Misty-Raccoon Catz formed Team Catz, the Eelectrifyer came on board as their weapons expert, creating vast electric-based weapons for his team to use. And, he also took part in kicking Team Katswell out of Petropolis, and turning TUFF into the Cassidy Undercover Fighting Force, or CUFF. The Eelectrifyer decided to use his powers at the Power Plant when the Team split up to commit crimes throughout Petropolis, hoping to cause a major blackout. Unfortunately for him, Niles Crocston was able to catch up to him, and proceeded to fight him. Upon defeating him, Niles was able to figure out that the Eelectrifyer wasn't really an electric eel at all, but rather a moray eel that was raised by electric eels. Shocked by his loss, the Eelectrifyer became fast enemies with Niles, and vows to zap him off the face of the Earth.

Personality & Traits:
The Eelectrifyer is probably the most mischievous member of DOOM and Team Catz. He would often pull practical jokes on Snaptrap, Ollie, and Larry, and his pranks often escalate into bigger more elaborate crimes. He also has a lust for life, always willing to go out partying, even after a major crime, and would get his fellow teammates on Team Catz to go with him to boost their vitality for future crimes.
Unlike most members of Team Catz, except for Daniel Tigre, Eelectrifyer remains loyal to General Guar and DOOM no matter whether he's on his own, or working with Team Catz. Speaking of Team Catz, Eelectrifyer has mixed feelings for them. He gets along just fine with Water Wolf, Terrapunk, and Daniel Tigre, usually playing card games with them, but he feels uneasy around Cassidy and Misty, seeing how they might chew him out for electrocuting their hairdryers and curling irons. He sees Yami as his little sister since they share similar villain goals, he doesn't mind Harry, although he HAS made fun of his gill apparatus that he uses to breathe.
Speaking of that, the Eelectrifyer hates getting teased because it immediately reminds me of the other eels back in Miami who made fun of him. It makes him feel upset, and he would often have temper tantrums because of it. And, although he loves zapping innocent victims, Eelectrifyer doesn't like getting zapped himself, seeing how it feels like a contradiction to him. Also, whenever his fellow teammates say they should use him as their back-up generator when the power goes out, he takes it as an insult. But, regardless of his flaws, Eelectrifyer always strives to be a terrifying criminal to help Guar rule the world one day.
