Poor hyena, looks like he finally snapped. Then again, that maniacal laughter is just a sound they make naturally.
At least he has a nice soft room and a nice snug jacket.
2017 art, felt like drawing a lunatic in a straitjacket but instead of just putting Domingo in a padded cell where he belongs, this happened. I ended up drawing this guy a couple more times, too.
