Oh boy, there's no way the Road Runner could outrun, outmaneuver, outmuscle, or outwit Wile E. considering the fact he is invincible now that he can be faster and more agile as well as huger, sturdier, tougher, stronger, and smarter than that bird. And I can imagine him outwitting Bugs Bunny, and surviving anything he could throw at him with Acme products.
