So my friend sent me a free 10 day trial of "World of Warcraft"

... I played for an hour. This was my face 90% of the time... I'm not convinced.

and then~ do instantances and stuff THEN when we hit higher lvls cause trouble for the Alliance until they call their lvl 80 friends then we run like bitches and screaming at each other over ventrilo~ NOW thats fun =w=

its a place that gets you good gear and finish quests :3 thiers more then one instance ~ :O but your friend isnt a GOood mentor T_T if i had high speed i'd help ya out.

I am a rehabilitated WoW fag. I think you should just be glad you can't get into the game, rather than have all your free nights reduced to yelling at people on Vent for standing in fire. :X

To be fair, the beginning of the game, like an hour spent, is kinda lame...Doesn't get much better later on when your forced to join a guild and turn it into a job that you have to be at almost daily to get anything good from the endgame :\

I'd rather spend my days either hanging with friends, working out, or working in the yard than sitting on my ass playing WoW, getting fat.
I'm a gamer, but I have my limits :) Some people take this shit way to seriously. SL, for one, is such a JOKE

Well MMO's are a whole lot funnier when you play with friends. Also that it's incredibly boring in the beginning. That's why i had RAF with my irl friend and that we lvled up one of each class up to lvl 60 so i'd never have to lvl up from 1 again!

I just started WoW on a private server that is legit, and I am fairly into it. I tend to have a good time, but going through the beginning sure is long and boring.

Depending on your faction and race I find the beginning (lvl1-10) ok, then kinda boring (lvl10-20) and then exciting, then boring again and so on. The areas you choose to level makes a difference3 I think.

That's how I started. Pretty soon I was compelled to keep leveling to learn new spells/abilities and to explore new areas. With good people/friend I find the game enjoyable, but is addictive to.

In vanila wow you needed a sh*t load of time but now it took me a month to pull a Dreanei pala from 1-80
