you say you think we are the best thing.



gotta try out quite a bit of new stuff on this and I had quite a bit of fun doing it.
the big thing was using brushes instead of nib pens with ink.


.....and I wish I had tried using them before because they make filling in big areas soooo much easier :I

the color in the background was done using watercolor and it took foreverrr to dry. and I'm very happy I managed to keep it flat too because I needed to work very wet to get that kind of effect with the paint. I kinda wanted to do it using colored inks but I was too lazy to run out to the store and get some lol. maybe next time though lol


I might have to do another pic in this kinda style cuz I still have a few ides that I think would be really cool :P

done with watercolors and india ink on watercolor paper(which I need to go by more of because that was my last sheet lol)
