I feel your pain Q_Q I had an abscessed molar for 2 years, dentists kept turning me away because I have TMJ and they claimed they couldn't pull it out.
Finally yesterday I had it removed :D.

Hopefully your dentist's more competent than mine is. Had to go in about half a year ago to patch some cracks in the enamel on my upper central incisors (likely from a slip over the winter while I was bracing some stuff against my jaw) -- I was told they might've turned into cavities if left alone, but in the process of fixing the damage, the dentist went overboard grinding down the surface of my teeth to access and patch the cracks. Now, the temperature drop from just inhaling makes my teeth hurt.
