I really love his design, and I definitely approve of long red-haired Naruto! Honestly the women of Naruto are not held in the best regards in story, but I love this!

I may be mad and angry at the story, but I love Naruto's relationship with his parents so much. And I'm just such a sucker for him wanting so badly to learn their techniques and what they like so he can be close to them somewhat.

I'm not sure if you would be interested, but there was a fanfic I read where Kurama was sent back in time in a human body, and dropped early in Naruto's life. he had hair just like your pictures, and things went quite differently. He was posing as Kushina's brother, and the story features her side of the family a lot more, and was really well written. Your picture really makes me think of that series, but I agree. I especially would love to have seen Naruto being able to learn more of her family's techniques
