The first time he took other people's work and passed it off as his own, painting over the signatures. After exposure, the administrators deleted "his" work. "The second time he copied someone else's work without reference to the original. When I turned to the administration, I received a response. They said that the copied were allowed and they would not delete the work. Citing arguments by type "violations of the law" and "ethical values" - the administration and the participant ignored me.
I do not understand something? Why is this not condemned? How to explain to people that it is illegal and simply ugly to copied sketch in order to obtain benefits? As a prize - paid currency.
