One day, governments will be petitioned with what shall be called "The Audiophile Clause" to protect those who live for music in one form, or another. Those who find music that fills their ears with tones & beats that are stimulating to their senses, and those who absolutely have to listen to the newest & oldest music out there.
Those who are inspired by the audiosensual feelings that music can give one person, or an entire planet, and have many songs saved that they listen to for inspiration can and will be justified one day.
