Shinra Sr. is a hella gay indigenous of Nunavut that owns a massive diamond mine. He has more money than he knows what to do with and naturally wears one of his monster Canadian diamonds as a brooch. His story is a bit tragic as he lost his husband to cancer and a few years later his daughter (Shin) was attacked by an Eater, sending her into a 2 week coma. He is Shinra's biological father and his sister acted as the surrogate. Shinra's biological mother is unknown.
