Here's a little experiment I did combining human and bird anatomy to make... a wingy boi.
Now, humans would probably need something approaching a dozen meter wingspan to *actually* fly, but just think of all the great winghugs this guy would give!

Yeah I've thought about doing a piece exploring just bird and harpy hand/wings. Cause people often draw harpies with hands on their wing arms. And how does that work? Does the harpy have to hold their own wings outstretched while they fly? Wouldn't that cause the same strain that humans experience when typing on non-ergonomic keyboards? I can't imagine their arms and wrists *wouldn't* cramp from that.
