Looks like Toughset got the answer to his question earlier: Sedire loves cosplay, and it turns out that she's one of those scary ones who is VERY convincing at making you tag along and cosplay at a local anime convention. It's totally a punishment for Tough trolling her, and not because she wants him to tag along as a friend and as encouragement to cosplay publicly, nosiree.
Unfortunately for Toughset, Sedire's a stickler for costume details and refused to let him wear his trademark blue headband. The poor guy feels naked without it.
