At first I thought you meant the guy on the right, because I gave him such a big nose. Only later it came to me, you could mean Pranx.
Well, Pranx's face has just enough features to get recognised as a human face. Much like a smiley :) which is seen as a smiling, human face. It's a trick of Pranx that exploits the fact, that people tend to interprete things as human faces that really aren't. Until the disguise is broken, by showing too much that is off, people see him just as what a normal, average person looks to them, a little creepy, but they would fail to point out why. That's why Pranx always wears a hoodie. The lack of ears is too much to look past.
