Okay, so this is BT's Persona that she both uses and protects her from harm. If you are aware of Persona you know a little of what this Persona can do.

The short version is BT, while the Persona is 'equip', can't take lasting harm. She feels it but it never leaves a mark until the field is overpowered. She can also use the 'spells' that Persona users can. But the big thing that this Persona gives BT enhanced vision allowing her to see at the range of an eagle.

If someone doesn't have the ability to sense or see spirits or Persona's they can't see this Persona normally even if BT calls it out. This... allows BT to make herself seem more powerful than she actually is.
