“Hula Girl happily led me on a tour of the beaches of Coconut Island, pointing out the highlights, and downsides, of each beach, until we wound up at a more secluded cove which she insisted had the best waves for surfing. Of course, I was eager to give it a try, but I didn’t want to just leave her sitting there waiting for me while I had fun. I think she could see my hesitance, and, with a reassuring smile, from a nearby stash she pulled out this squishy, floaty tube thing, and said she would join me.
So, while I surfed, on this peaceful, sunny day, she floated along, seemingly quite content and relaxed, but with her spear with her, just in case, I suppose.
She was right about the waves here, they are great, and they steadily got bigger and bigger,… though I’m not sure if she was expecting that,…”
‘Hey, Hula Girl, Surf’s up!’
‘Huh,…. surf’s,… Woah!!!’

From the monthly Patreon of
shonuff44 comes another lovely image of his Hula Girl, and my Ember, following up the previous image, as the girls are continuing to enjoy a nice peaceful day on Coconut Island,… well, one of them is certainly enjoying it anyway. Heh.
I always love the spin that ShoNuff44 puts on the ideas I give in picture requests, and this picture is a great example of that, with the idea being to have Ember surfing while Hula Girl floats nearby on a raft or floaty ring, and the spin Sho put on that idea, in a few ways, was just spectacular. What strikes me first is just how full of life this picture is, with such a great sense of motion and feeling,… from the motion not only of the girls, but of the water itself, even to the point of the spray of water visible in the air in places, around the wave and them. The lighting effect is great, with Ember being largely shadowed by the wave, yet with just enough sun shining through to accent her and Hula Girl’s tropical tanned skin, and to reflect off the water. Ember is clearly having a blast, loving this incredible wave that has come up and enjoying every moment of it without a care in the world. Hula Girl’s expression is absolutely priceless,… though the water on her skin and hair make it clear she’s been getting splashed around abit, her expression really makes it clear that she was not expecting this wave, nor Ember surfing upside down in it, both of them coming right at her, and I love how her skulls seem to mirror her concern. I really like the translucent look to the pink polka-dotted ring Hula Girl is floating in, and how you make out her legs through it, a very nice touch, as is the shine off the surface of Ember’s surfboard, both very nicely done accessories for the girls in this picture. Such a great, warm, sunny summer picture, Ember is clearly having a great day with her friend, though sadly it looks like Hula’s day might be about to get rained on heavily,… poor Hula Girl, all she probably wanted was a nice relaxing float in her ring. ;) Another marvelous, and fun, picture of these two lovely ladies, thank you very much for this, ShoNuff. :)

Wellllllll... If we go by the angle of the perspective of Ember from Hula at the trajectory and velocity of her surf and at the estimated height...factoring in the size of the wave. I'd say that Hula is gonna be more concerned of Ember with their heads colliding if my math is right.
......Then again I barely scrapped by math class so.. :P *Shrug*
