This is taken from inside the comic. I felt that this piece was an excellent study for me because the expression that Owen has is so well defined. I did not capture it as well as I would like, because he looks more pleased in mine and more contemplative in the original. I'm amazed by the subtleties that our dear Adam captures in his characters, again with such simplicity. In this piece, I followed his lines more by instinct than by careful observation, and that shows through in how several of the lines flow even though they aren't 100% faithful to the original. I highly suggest Heat III to anybody who is furry, Adam Wan's story in it would be worth the full cost on its own.

This, again, is Owen by Adam Wan and I'm simply attempting to reproduce it for my own benefit. I feel proud of this attempt, and I have learned much by studying his style. I put my name on the picture because I drew it, and Adam Wan's name on it because it belongs to him entirely.
