Some parents may say that balloons are meant for a child's high-key birthday party until their child grows past mid to late teenage years and then stop having balloons in the house for their son or daughter's future birthday parties, but that's nonsense. They can be for any high-key birthday party for any age or any other party. And for looners with balloon fetishes, but typically that involves much bigger balloons in a balloon fetish's case.
