Can someone identify the artist?
I know that technically, this violates the rules as this was not done BY me or FOR me, and it will be removed once the artist is identified.
That's all I need, is the link to the artist. This is INCREDIBLE work, and I want to know who it is, but the person who found it does not remember where he found it, and suspects the person who posted it deliberately cut out the artist's signature.
Does anyone recognize it?

neakal has green hair too, and one of the drawings for him have a similiar style... maybe have a look there 
I'm not sure if it's him but the art style looks quite close
