I'm not much of a critic for poetry (or much else for that matter), but I'll give it my best.

You have a nice clear cut message and amiable style. You also give a nice view of the world at hand and the mystery riddled afterlife. It seems to take a cosmic sense view (which I hope you were going for).

I personally enjoy more cryptic and ambiguous wording (it's just my preference, and how I think) as it sometimes opens up to more personal meanings to the reader, but it all depends on what you were trying to write. A warning, a message, an observation, a plea to the world, a key to your mind?
