Ruffus is very friendly and outgoing, he probably cares a little too much about what people think about him though. He works at a restaurant in a downtown coastal area.
He is London's boyfriend and loves him to death. He is the kind of person that loves to do big gestures, but he has learned how to dial it back a bit for London, because London is just too shy for that kind of thing.
