It has an altered deflector dish design, and the saucer is a little small in proportion to the engineering section and engine nacelles. What else have you re-designed?

I'll take your word on that. It looked a tiny bit stocky but it wasn't easy to be sure. The design is meant more for military mission, and has less space for scientific or diplomatic purposes?
