Nosh tried her best to make things difficult for her assailant, but the predator’s strength so far exceeded her own she may as well have just held still and saved herself the effort of struggling. Nothing she tried-- Her quills, her claws her fangs-- made a lick of difference. The beast simply downed the poor dragon with a few lazy snaps of her powerful jaws, gobbling her victim up several inches at a time until she was pulling the little creature’s scrabbling hind-paws and thrashing tail past her scaly lips.
