Charla is a waitress at the same bar as Lena, and this is also where she met Farley Reynard shortly before he joined the military.
I guess I never mentioned those two are a couple before, did I? He still visits her whenever he's on leave.
I originally designed her as a parody of sorts of generic red fox characters that seem to exist for little more than the sex appeal, and she's really taken off and developed a personality since then.
