It seems that Fred has been caught, tightly wrapped with duct tape and someone is forcing him to drink a certain liquid. What does the drink? Who knows, but certainly fennec is having trouble with drinknig it so a helpful hand is massaging his throat to make a decent flow of the liquid into his stomach. And some tape on the nose to make sure he doesn't hold the drink in and just breathing through the nose with full mouth~
