I like the subtle little touches in this image that convey the personality of this character. For example, the Left wing claw which is poised as if the dragon fell asleep while considering turning the page. (Or is subconsciously "Protecting" the ancient and fragile tome.) Wonderful work on the lighting and the texturing of the fur and all those scales.
It must have taken you a long time to the attention of the scales. The lighting gives a lovely soft glow, and the work you've done to the book is impressive. This looks so dedicated to his work and there is smile that conveys a gentleness about him. I'm intrigued to learn more about him and even the tattoo on his right arm caught my eye. His mane looks so soft and shaggy. The detail and hard work you've put into this picture is beautiful. You have an amazing talent.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
