It's Miharu Izumidama: the main character from  zenmigawa's furry mecha comic, Endless Maiden Circuit! She was drawn on a whim, but possibly because Migawa did an excellent little sketch on the inside cover of one of the issues of Jyuki-Ikkon I bought, and ever since I've felt like I owe him a picture in return!

That said, I didn't ask permission, so I think I'll go run and hide somewhere now.
